About me
My name is Olga.
I am a hypnotherapy practitioner, integrative psychologist, and body-oriented therapist.
I am also a mother of two daughters and originally from Ukraine.
My path into mental health began not in academic offices, but through lived experience —
deep self-exploration, transformation, and inner discipline.
Years of yoga practice, study of the mind–body connection, and professional education in hypnotherapy, psychosomatics, craniosacral therapy, and psychological support have shaped my holistic approach.
I work with depth, focus, and respect for the inner intelligence of each person.
How I work
I do not fix people.
I do not impose meanings.
I do not give ready-made answers.
My role is to create the conditions in which your inner system reorganizes itself.
